Decoration Arts consists of Eric Breuer and his small staff. Eric is has over twenty years of experience in the design and decoration fields. He has been educated in European Interior Design having received a Master’s Certification of Interior Design in Florence, Italy. He makes his home in Vacaville, CA with his wife and two dogs. Eric uses his many talents and experience to make each project unique for each individual or corporation.
