Theme Rooms
A theme room is a concept that brings different decorative elements together to create a period style or theme.
The theme for this enclosed pool room was a North African oasis. This project was a collaboration with another designer who selected the furniture and cabana fans. The walls were given a faux finish, the tiles around the pool were stained with a concrete stain, and the ceiling beams were painted a light brown color to contrast with the cabana fans. Finally, the walls in the corners were painted with bushes and leaves to give depth to the plants placed in front of them.
